# Explore the Grounded Theory prototype

Help me explore this working toolkit for inductive process studies using grounded-theory techniques.

Public page: https://textdata.info/toolkit/grounded-theory/
Repository folder: https://github.com/joyzhzh/textdata/tree/main/appendix/05-grounded-theory

Read `README.md`, `tool/SKILL.md`, `tool/examples/synthetic/README.md` and `example/output/TRACE.md` in that folder. Use the page’s invented-example walkthrough to explain how a source passage becomes a code, comparison and revised category. Then illustrate the interview study’s distinction between an acceptable outcome and authorization to act, using the record references in the trace.

Help me inspect a relevant output or, in a local checkout, run the documented synthetic example and offline checks. Explain what each result shows. Do not assume access to the withheld transcripts: checking source interpretations requires them. Distinguish the completed toolkit and 22-interview demonstration from proposed empirical extensions; the analysis remains provisional and has no independent human methodological assessment or claim to saturation.
